It’s the go-to place these days when you can’t be bothered to cook and want something ‘healthy’.

Well let’s put it this way, you could make a worse choice when it comes to keeping your foods wholesome.

Myself and Mrs JM are avid Nando’s go-ers, so heres some top tips for your visit.

WHAT I GET

Butterfly Chicken

Spicy Rice or Peri-Chips

Macho Peas or Long Stem Brocolli

TOP TIPS FOR VISITING NANDOS

Starters – most of the Nandos starters are high in fat aside from the olives.

Spice – get whatever spice you like!

2 Sides? – If you’re getting 2 sides, try to opt for a carb based one and a vegetable based one.

Sides? – Don’t get two sides if you usually leave food on the plate. Mrs JM used to get two sides just because.. but she’s dropped it down to one side with her meal now and enjoys it much more. She also leaves feeling much better.

Although macros are available in Nandos I’ve left these out of this post. They will never be absolutely accurate, but they can certainly give you a rough idea.
