What better way to start the morning than with a fry up. Well, kinda.. not really..

But this is a great breakfast idea for those who have some time in the morning, or want to make time.

This is also a good option for those who prefer to consume higher fats in the morning, or for those on a higher fat diet.


Protein – 15g

Carbs – 26g

Fats – 18g


1 x Farmhouse Super Seeded Slice of Bread (Aldi)

1 x medium egg

2 x Black Pudding slices (100g each)


  1. Put black pudding in frypan in 1kcal spray
  2. Add vinegar to boiling water and then crack egg
  3. Flip the black pudding and cook egg until poached
  4. Toast 1 slice of bread
  5. Serve together
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste
