What better way to start the morning than with a fry up. Well, kinda.. not really..
But this is a great breakfast idea for those who have some time in the morning, or want to make time.
This is also a good option for those who prefer to consume higher fats in the morning, or for those on a higher fat diet.
Protein – 15g
Carbs – 26g
Fats – 18g
1 x Farmhouse Super Seeded Slice of Bread (Aldi)
1 x medium egg
2 x Black Pudding slices (100g each)
- Put black pudding in frypan in 1kcal spray
- Add vinegar to boiling water and then crack egg
- Flip the black pudding and cook egg until poached
- Toast 1 slice of bread
- Serve together
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
