The Reason You’re Not Getting Results

One thing I have learned as an Online Coach is that during the consultation process, over 70% (yes I’m that sad I analysed it) of potential clients identify that they haven’t reached their body composition goals until this point because of either:

1. Body not reacting well to carbohydrates.
2. A ‘slow’ metabolism.
3. Insulin sensitivity.
4. Genetics.
5. Big bones.

I’m compassionate to people’s needs and appreciate that a few of the above reasons may well be the case for a few, but for majority the reality is far simpler.

You consume too many calories. FACT 👊🏼

We live in a society of blame. Blame culture is all around us, yet we won’t blame ourselves for not getting our energy balance correct (eating too much and/or not exercising enough.)

The saying of ‘You can’t out train a bad diet’ reigns true. So if you want to improve your composition or simply lose fat. Nail your diet!
