No. My client questionaire will cover this, and I endeavour to base meals around foods you enjoy. Many clients never actually feel like they are on a diet. If you are in prep for a bodybuilding competition, I do become a little more strict.

This depends on your lifestyle, and how many meals you feel will be manageable. Some people prefer lots of meals throughout the day, others perfer less meals with volume. This is covered in the client questionnaire.

Your nutrition information is devised by taking into account a host of factors relating to you. From this information, I utilise my formula to achieve your calorie goal and macro nutrient split. From here, I create a one day plan which outlines food sources, quantities to the gram and macro nutrient information. This works alongside my nutritional plan overview, which gives you hints and tips how best to utilise your plan and work on improving your lifestyle with food utilising flexible dieting and IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros).

Your training plan is very much based on your goals, experience and current body composition. Your training plan will include exact exercises, rep count, sets and rest periods for you to easily follow.
